                                INTRODUCTION                       

Fleet Management system , this system was designed to help TPDF officer to track and monitor the movement of their fleet in real time and help them to keep records of fleet maintenances, plan fleet route, also help TPDF officer to extract different reports from the fleet management system.

  This user manual was prepared and intended to be used by only authorized TPDF personnel.

 

 

                                             USER MANUAL STEPS

In order to be able to use this user manual you must have user account and password from system administrator.  and ensure that you have the device that can able to access internet in either of the following latest browsers i.e Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox,Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera etc.

 

Now our system found at :  https://demoodoo-tracking.ictpack.net/

 

Find the following steps:

 

1)    User must access the system by visiting the following link:  https://demoodoo-tracking.ictpack.net     Then hit enter or go see below demonstration

2)    After the user provide the Fleet system url to the browser and hit enter the system should land to the following dashboard.

3)    After the user visit landing page of the fleet management  system needs to supply correct user name and password . as instructed by fleet management system administrator.

The following fields must be filled out by the system administrator user.

                             Field no2:  User required to supply username or email address

                             Field no3: User required to supply correct password

                             Field no4: user required to hit “LOG IN”

                        

 

 

After the user hit “ LOG IN” in the fleet management dashboard  the system , land to the following dashboard, “DISCUSS TAB” . , this is communication channel between the users in fleet management system ( exchange instants communications ) between the users, groups, or départements

4)    After the user , log in to the system he/she may choose to select either of the following modules by clicking plus sign(+) beside the system module.  STAFF,or  FLEET . Depend on the intention of the user.

 

5)    “Fleet “ Module when user choose fleet module he/she will present to the following dashboard.  Where user can select different section depend on the user requirements .

Section explained as follows:

 

                                            i.        Fleet:  at this section user can see all fleet registered in Fleet management system

                                           ii.         Contracts:    at this section user can manage and create fleet documents(Licenses etc)

                                          iv.        Odometers: at this section user can see odometer history for all vehicles. Based on date of recording .

                                           v.         Movement: at this section user can see list of vehicles documents stored (Movement form filled by vehicle user)

 

               

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

                                          vi.        Events: at this section user can see list of all generated events i.e ignition ON/OFF, Accidents, driving behaviors, etc

                                        vii.         Trips: at this section user can see list of all trips recorded by GPS device

                                       viii.        Stops: at this section user can see lists of all stops detected and recorded by GPS device

LIVE    TRACKING:

For the user to get vehicle live data , needs to Fleet section and select the intended vehicle, the live tracking section .
