TECHNICIAN GUIDE INTRODUCTION

The GPS device must be installed by an authorized technician from our company, or at least other personnel authorized by the company and at least with electrical accessory knowledge. The installation of the tracker device and any accessories requested by the client shall not be carried out by

either the client or a client third party. Therefore, ICTPACK SOLUTIONS LTD. will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising directly or indirectly, because of any negligence or failure of the client or such third party in installing the product or accessories. The client agrees that any damage sought for any such negligence or failure shall be solely against such third party, as applicable.

Before installing or  service VTD , the technician must ask  for the customer outstandings from the Sales department and sign the invoice dispatch book, in case the customer has any outstanding payments.
